Why Impeccability Matters

By Jennifer Borba von Stauffenberg

One of my favorite words is impeccability. It’s one of my strength weaknesses. You know, those positive traits that can sometimes become your weakness when taken too far. I can remember being a small child and not understanding why someone would just leave trash on the floor. I believe that impeccability should extend to every area of your life. After all, don’t they say:  “How you do the little things is how you do the big things.”

Imagine a world filled with impeccability. There would be no litter. The ocean would be clean. Life may take more effort, but it would be easier in the long run.

The actual definition of impeccability is faultless; flawless; irreproachable.

Impeccability is one of our values at Olive. It means that we always take the honest and thoughtful approach. It means that we care and we do everything we can to support our clients with total success. We consider every detail. We pay attention to our impact. We want it to be positive every time.

There are too many people in the world walking around who aren’t paying attention to the details. That’s why there is gum on the street. If people thought for a moment that their carelessness might ruin someone’s day, you would hope they would find a trashcan. The problem is that they aren’t thinking about their impact.

Just alike, there are too many people in the world who don’t honor the importance of doing impeccable work for their clients. At Olive, our commitment is to always do our very best to support our clients in achieving their goals in the most efficient, yet biggest way possible.

It’s The Olive Way. #BeImpeccable
